Rental Period\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rental period begins on the date the shipping carrier records the first attempted delivery or on the start date specified in the order.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rental period ends when the Equipment is \u003cstrong data-end=\"1173\" data-start=\"1124\"\u003eshipped back to Lessor by the return deadline\u003c\/strong\u003e stated in the order.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"1241\" data-start=\"1199\"\u003eMinimum rental period is two (2) days.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"1274\" data-start=\"1248\"\u003e4. Shipping \u0026amp; Delivery\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee agrees to pay all shipping costs upfront, including return shipping.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessor does not guarantee specific delivery times or dates; any provided estimates are for reference only.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"1510\" data-start=\"1470\"\u003eSunday deliveries are not permitted.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee must use the return shipping method provided by Lessor unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"1652\" data-start=\"1624\"\u003e5. Rental Fees \u0026amp; Payment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll rental fees and any applicable deposits must be paid in full before Equipment is shipped.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeposits (if applicable) may be applied toward damages, late fees, or non-returned Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePayment must be made via a valid credit card or another approved method.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"1963\" data-start=\"1932\"\u003e6. Late Returns \u0026amp; Penalties\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA \u003cstrong data-end=\"2024\" data-start=\"1970\"\u003elate fee of 25% of the two-day rental rate per day\u003c\/strong\u003e will be charged for each day the Equipment is not returned.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf the Equipment is not returned within \u003cstrong data-end=\"2147\" data-start=\"2129\"\u003eseven (7) days\u003c\/strong\u003e of the due date, it will be considered \u003cstrong data-end=\"2254\" data-start=\"2187\"\u003eeither purchased by Lessee at full replacement value or stolen.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessor reserves the right to charge the Lessee’s payment method for the full replacement cost of the Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf payment is unsuccessful, the Lessee will be considered in default, and Lessor may pursue legal remedies, including civil and criminal actions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"2550\" data-start=\"2527\"\u003e7. Use of Equipment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee agrees to use the Equipment \u003cstrong data-end=\"2623\" data-start=\"2590\"\u003eonly for its intended purpose\u003c\/strong\u003e and in accordance with all laws and regulations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee may not alter, modify, or repair the Equipment without written permission from Lessor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"2818\" data-start=\"2777\"\u003e8. Cancellation \u0026amp; Order Modifications\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"2837\" data-start=\"2823\"\u003eBy Lessor:\u003c\/strong\u003e Lessor reserves the right to cancel any rental order for any reason before delivery.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"2941\" data-start=\"2927\"\u003eBy Lessee:\u003c\/strong\u003e Lessee may cancel an order before the Equipment is shipped. Once shipped, rental fees are non-refundable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"3080\" data-start=\"3054\"\u003e9. Equipment Ownership\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Equipment remains the exclusive property of Lessor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee has no ownership rights and may not sell, pledge, or transfer the Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"3265\" data-start=\"3235\"\u003e10. Damage \u0026amp; Cleaning Fees\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee is responsible for maintaining the Equipment in good condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf Equipment is returned damaged (excluding normal wear), Lessee is responsible for \u003cstrong data-end=\"3461\" data-start=\"3429\"\u003erepair or replacement costs.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCleaning fees may apply if the Equipment is returned with:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSmoke residue\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDirt, sand, mud, or powder\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny foreign material requiring professional cleaning\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"3687\" data-start=\"3643\"\u003e11. Loss, Theft, or Unreturned Equipment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee assumes full responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf Equipment is \u003cstrong data-end=\"3846\" data-start=\"3791\"\u003elost, stolen, or not returned within seven (7) days\u003c\/strong\u003e, Lessee is liable for the full replacement cost.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf Equipment is lost or stolen, Lessee must notify Lessor immediately and may be required to provide a police report.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf Equipment is not returned, Lessor may charge the Lessee’s payment method for the replacement cost or pursue legal action.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"4179\" data-start=\"4153\"\u003e12. Default \u0026amp; Remedies\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf Lessee fails to pay fees, return Equipment, or otherwise breaches this Agreement, they are in \u003cstrong data-end=\"4293\" data-start=\"4281\"\u003edefault.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the event of default, Lessor may:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCharge any unpaid amounts to Lessee’s payment method.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEngage a collections agency or legal counsel to recover outstanding amounts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSeek criminal charges for theft if Equipment is not returned.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePursue any other legal or equitable remedies available.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"4649\" data-start=\"4614\"\u003e13. Liability \u0026amp; Indemnification\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee assumes all risks associated with the use of the Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessor is \u003cstrong data-end=\"4749\" data-start=\"4735\"\u003enot liable\u003c\/strong\u003e for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from use of the Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLessee agrees to \u003cstrong data-end=\"4887\" data-start=\"4849\"\u003eindemnify and hold Lessor harmless\u003c\/strong\u003e against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from Lessee’s use of the Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"5013\" data-start=\"4984\"\u003e14. No Insurance Coverage\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt this time, Lessor does not offer an insurance protection plan. Lessee is fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"5195\" data-start=\"5163\"\u003e15. Governing Law \u0026amp; Disputes\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ft Myers Florida.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-end=\"5417\" data-start=\"5378\"\u003e16.
